Very good hotel with the best location. From the arrival point to the hotel - a minute walk. To the right - sunset, to the left points with shops and snorkeling with turtles. Really the best location on the island. On the territory of the hotel there is a great area with a lawn and a cool pool. In the evenings they show good films on the street, a lot of people gather. A beautiful bar and good cuisine are also included. The service is top notch, the guys at the reception are the best. They always solved all the problems well - late check-in, extension of the room. We forgot the key in the room and for some reason our safe was blocked and everything was solved quickly and politely. Well suited for those who go to Gili Air and want to spend this time in comfortable conditions without the risk of getting into dirty bungalows and bad service. I definitely recommend it, we will come back again!

Super nice location close to harbour! There is a lot of space and beautiful surroundings. I love the big pool I could literally swim which is not that obvious on the island. My room was spacious with newly renovated bathroom (half outdoor). Everybody was super friendly and helpful. I even got a desk into my room cause I needed it. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff were totally laid back and lovely. One was on reception and was adorable. He seemed to be checking people in and out, carrying luggage and doing all sorts of jobs. He was super friendly and our group thought he was great

In terms of location and value for money this resort has it all. Very family friendly with 2 pools, great breakfast buffet catered to little fussy eaters with a mix of western and Indonesian, waffles, coco pops and cakes etc Movie night is on each night which was great. Location is right near the port, within sight and walking distance, which is great for reaching sunsets and best snorkeling spots and the Main Street for atm etc, very accessible and easy for all ages, young and old. We have rebooked as a family for next year, for the above reasons we are bringing our parents and have young children, so it is perfect! After 3 weeks on the island and 4 different stays/ hotels. This was by far the most well suited. Very clean, Comfortable beds Laundry service available Pool towels provided Great massages We looking forward to returning again next year!

The hotel is very near to the harbor, like 5 minute walk. This accommodation has a big pool and the garden looks lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious. You can rent bicycles from the hotel. Every night you can watch movies on the beach (Open Air Cinema).
